I just wish there was a dislike button lol

I would imagine it would kill someone's self esteem and courage to post on this community. If someone posts something that many people disagree with, and it gains a ton of dislikes, that's one way to kill someone's mood to go on this website.

I think that you will be able to think of likely consequences that will make you not wish for a dislike button.

I am not afraid of people disliking my posts. I do not post for likes.

Yeah, people disliking my posts is also not one of the implications I'm getting at. :P I'll elaborate:

someone posts a message I don't appreciate
I dislike it
someone posts "Why would you dislike that?!?"
I explain
the other person disagrees, dislikes my post and makes a comment
someone else calls the other person out for disliking my post while I was just explaining
all posts in question get removed for being off-topic

I guess people are too sensitive? :)
