I did that once. Rolled into a Starbucks but there was a line of like 10 Cars.. So I used the app and went inside and asked if my drinks were ready. They said no and since mine was a mobile order the barista stopped making someone else’s drink and made mine on the spot.
Yeah it's pretty funny. There's a huge line and I click 'place order' on my phone. My drink slip prints at the register and the barista starts on it immediately. I'd never used mobile order before this but I think now I will only order mobile.
