I'm glad he has finally been caught, but now we must be wary of copy-cats. Also, we don't know he was a terrorist. We don't have a motive or anything. The word terrorist is defined as
"A person who uses unlawful violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims".
