I disagree. They're super cool. Maybe not when they're wrapped around your neck and you feel them getting tighter and you're like 'okay how about you don't do that you freak', but other than that they're super cool. I just wish I could have lived to see a titanoboa.

I don't completely hate them. I'm not okay with some random snake coming up to me or finding one hidden under something, but the pet snakes are cool. I wouldn't want to be around a giant one though. :P

I don't completely hate snakes either. They're important to our ecosystem in the same way that wolves, coyotes, jackals, etc. are. I am, however, as afraid of being near one as I am of being near spiders (very) as certain types of both can kill you.
