It depends on the situation and how many are involved. If 2 - 3 players always get under your skin you're best off ignoring them and move on to focus on better things. If there are more... Then it can become tricky.
So here's the problem with that... I'm quoting an SMP2 regular (x7mx) here: if you start playing and some people seem like asshats then yeah. but if you start playing and half the server seems like asshats then could it also be the other way around?
Part 2: For the record: nothing between the lines here, I'm not claiming to know anything because I honestly don't. But I am being honest here: it is what's going through my mind as well.
In the end I'm a total bystander here, and as such cannot make an honest well-balanced opinion on all this. I am sorry to see Kira leave though. And I also think she should try to move to smp2 :)
