    I remember having this issue when I was working on a wither farm 3 years ago when slabbing over a big lava lake. I died probably like 50 times in the process.

    Thankfully I have only died when I was getting xp from Endertopia. Managed to stay alive around the lava and the ghasts. Fire pots for the win.
