Not really. I wanted a 3x3 claim next to my friends 2x2 so I got all of it. Then realized I could make a 6x3 claim using his 2x2 so I force claimed another few. If force claiming were free I'd go find a ton of derelict residences and do that to them just because I could. #ScrewTheMorals

You'd /forceclaim a res from almost 1700 day old player. Who by the way has gone derelict before but almost always comes back on a few days after they've gone derelict. Cause I want his res but I don't feel it's right.

Ah. Yeah, I understand. I'd mail them a written book asking him if you could perhaps get the spot. It's worked for me once, and that went even better than I expected. :)

If they don't give it to you I'd pry it from their cold, derelict hands
