I don't really ever have them anymore, and I suspected it has to do with me using my iPad shortly before bed.
In Rome, I didn't get any lucid dreams either, though.
Perhaps it has to do with me not getting nightmares very often anymore, as I usually only realised I was indeed dreaming during nightmares.
I started becoming lucid in my dream last night. I was desperately trying to find something and was frustrated, then I imagined it into my hands and as it started to appear everything broke down, like everything started kind of dripping/melting away and I woke up.
