The maltepoo was in our fenced backyard and thier dog charged the fence got a peice of hr and pulled her halfway through a hole in the chainlink.
He said he was sorry. He called the police himself and told me he was going to put his dog down. I told him the maltepoo cost $1400.00 and that will need to be settled as well.
Well this is terrible especially on mother's day. I can feel I know what your neighbor feels like right now.
