I am new to this. I have been playing minecraft for sometime i just joined the empire today and need some help. when i try to go play on any server it wont open tells me connection failed. can anyone help me out.

thanks all im on Smp4 right now trying to figure things out lol will take me some time to get use to everything right now working on looking at map once i can open it

got the map now working where do i go to mine for resources and all looking at map all i see is other players spots

You can double click on your username on the right of the map, that will make it zoom in on you. I like to first do /waste and then double click on my name to see where I'm going. That way it automatically finds the right world you're in.

i planted some trees around my home but they wont grow can someone tell me why

Some trees dont grow near the edge of your res due to the overhang of sidewalks.
Others may not grow due to how close other trees are.
Be sure to be in the area where the trees are to grow.

Of course, jungle and dark oak saplings need to be planted in suqares of 4

Also, if you want them to grow faster, use bonemeal on them!

im looking for some codes to put on a sign. i was looking on the wiki but didn't see what i was looking for. im trying to figure out how to allow someone in my chest in town what do i type on the sign and where do i put it. second im trying to understand how to sell stuff i saw something but not sure how to make the sign to sell something for a decent price any ideas or examples would be nice thanks all

For the sign to allow someone in your chest you Type [Access] on the top line and their name on the second line. Most people place it on the block above the chest.
