Mail Upgrade Suggestion

I came up with a few mail ideas. Not sure if you guys can do this, but it would be pretty cool if you could.

1: Make an option of anonymous mail. Have you ever wanted to mail a gift in secret, well that's kind of hard isn't it.
Example of Command: /mail sendanon RebelSpartan0826 Hi

2:Make an option to sign books anonymously. This way no one can edit the book, its just signed without a name, or the name "anonymous". This is more to help out with the first idea.
Example of Command: /book anonymous (would do when holding a book you signed)

3:Make a feature to mail to a random player. This would help give someone random a nice gift.
Example of Command:/mail send random Hi
(This Would Be Sent to a Non-Derelict Player)

Only thing I dislike is the long word. Make anonymous anon or something

Idea 3 would send things to people that aren't even playing any more most of the time

I will change the original post.

The only thing I would change about 1 is to make sure anonymous and receiver are tracked, so that if someone received something explicit it should be known it can be reported. Though I doubt that will hardly ever come up a whole lot.

I'd like to be able to give random players free stuff
