Its been realsed in most places also don't forget to get a free celebi

Go onto poke-bank, use it ect. when your done on on X or Y, don't select your save go down and select local transfer or something like that, that will give you a celbi and either poke-miles or battle points
EDIT: it is only lvl 10 though

Its a legendary pokemon based on time travel. It came from 2nd gen and is number 251 in the national pokédex.
