[Suggestion] Add Colour To %player

  1. Now we all now that %player can be used to output player names in res messages, which is great :), but, I think it would be good if coloured to player name to their specific rank.

    As an example, if your res message was set to Welcome %player! for me it would show Welcome RainbowChin! but for ICC it would show Welcome IcecreamCow!

  12. After testing it doesn't seem to interact well with formatting
    Code:
    /res message enter &lWelcome, &l%colorplayer :D ~&c&lR&6&la&e&li&a&ln&9&lb&d&lo&5&lw
    Does make the player name coloured to mine, but not bold
