  3. If you want it as a collectors item, there are only two in existence so that may not be possible. But, if you want it so that you can clear out the dirt on your residence, the senior staff can do that for a fee of 60k without the dirt clock.

  8. Nope, it's 60k for res clear, the Dirt Destroying Tick Tock can be exchanged for a res clearing.
    They were given as prizes in the vote-offs, only 7 in circulation, maybe less.

  10. Alex paid 60k so he could give it away. Almost 100% sure that you can buy one for 60k from staff and give it as a gift to your friend or whatever, and they can show it to staff for a free clearance.
