Well, just arrived at the bridge, the place is EPIC AND AWESOME AND SO HUGE i got lost.... if anyone is willing to give a brief tour to get me started, let me know when you'll be on and i'll let u know if i will be too cant wait to get started in the LLO
I've been thinking about things, and I think I have a good idea for a combined cultural and educational precinct for the LLO. My idea is as below. This new area would be linked to the LLO with an awesome shavingfoam bridge stemming from the area outside the stadium, which I plan to remodel a bit eventually. The LLO University would be located where the arrow is pointing out university. The Uni would be made out of a number of nice, low level buildings made of stone and sandstone and some wood and hardened clay. The would be a lot of greenery around the university to make it a nice place. The uni would have courses on redstone engineering, construction and design, starting wild outposts and things like that. The Museum would be on the southern most point of the landmass and would front the water, with a small boardwalk running along the waters edge. It would be cool if the museum could be abstract and similar to that os the Australian National Museum. There is a small cove with a sandy beach between the two, it would be cool if this could become a nice beach with some nice cafes and things at the top of it. This would make it a nice tourism and cultural precinct. There is also plenty of room around this area to expand the museum, the university, the cultural area or just add in new things. What are peoples thoughts? Also, I have secret incentives to actually get this project going... >.>
Sound like an awesome idea. The cove with the beach looks really nice from what I can see on the the livemap. I can imagine it becoming a wellness center for the students to relax after class. Maybe we can think of fun courses so we can have signs with schedules and such. Just for fun. I suggest "Bridgebuilding", "Advanced Bridebuilding", "Advanced advanced Bridgebuilding", "Griefer Studies", "City Planning", "LLO History" and of course "Advanced advancded epic Bridgebuilding"
That would be really cool! And we could get everyone to do a bridge building practical. Get the LLO full of bridges!
Where can I build at? i've explored some of the LLO, but was wondering what areas are open for building..
