Update: As I'm sure many people that have submitted orders in the past several days have noticed, I've been dragging behind on getting orders filled in a timely manner. This is partially due to the fact that I've been busy the past few days, but the main contributor is my addition of Quartz items to the catalog. In having to obtain the Quartz, the ability to multitask at my Utopia res has been taken away. To gather Quartz I have to be in the nether the entire time, whereas before I was able to quickly switch between tasks.

Due to this issue, I'm removing both Quartz Flakes and Blocks from the catalog indefinitely. Any orders for either items made before this point will still be filled, but I will no longer be accepting orders for them until I start offering the items again, if I ever do. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but offering these items has dramatically affected my reliability for completing orders by their deadlines, and this is the only option I have for fixing the issue. I hope you all will understand.
