I recommend "R3D Craft" it is a HD version of default and comes in the following resolutions: 32x, 64x, 128x, 256x, 512x. i use painterlypack www.painterlypack.net its a cite where basicly u can make your own texture pack. it takes 1-2 hours in average but comes out nice! also it is up to date and adapts to many of the common mods!!
