Hey guys, do either of these have SDK?

no, tekkit has balkons weapons, but FTB doesnt. it has some pretty interesting stuff though.

nope. this modpack is still worth it though.

How similar to SDK is Balkons?

if you take all modern-ism out of SDK you get spears blowguns and stuff like that. the best gun balkons has is the musket.

That sounds like a VERY big downgrade.

well it is. but this modpack is worth it, and your playing with people from EMC, so its not like your jumping into uncharted territory. if your bored of MC i recommend one of these, because you go from knowing all, to being a noob again. its fun

I think tekkit is amazing and I will never stop playing it. (I know you said not to talk about this and please forgive me, but I would really like if EMC had a tekkit version).

It's definitely better than Tekkit

if you are asking wich ones better i reckon ftb (feed the beast) because the portal gun and quick sand (put around your house for protection )
