  4. I think you can, but it's tricky. Do not try to put them in a shulker! But ender chest or vault should be ok as long as you shift-click, I think

  5. I did confirm transporting across vaults, chests, and mail will not break the stack in of itself. What will break the stack is not shift-clicking whenever you interact with it. So be careful when you do interact with it or any other stacked zombie viruses and you should be good.

    Auction is also valid as it is an custom item, so spend ye rupees if you so wish. :D
