He may be banned from in-game but he's still more than able to participate on the forums.. As for this thread he'll need to rework how payment will go... Maybe a simple IOU for a future account he gets.
I recommend sending him a PM so we know if he still wants to continue. If he did decide to continue operating this thread he would need to rework it. As for your idea on what he should do, he should not do this. There's a reason why he was banned, and if he just gets a new account to continue playing on the server is one of the worst things he can do. By playing with an alt on EMC after you have been banned shows you haven't learned your lesson when getting banned and essentially saying "screw you" to the EMC staff. It's better if he just appeals and plays normally.
