Ultra Hardcore is a competitive gamemode where teams attempt to be the last alive. Health does not regenerate naturally, meaning staying at full health for as long as possible is very important. You can only regenerate health from golden apples and potions. The world border is only 750x750, and after an hour it will shrink, bringing all players closer to the center for the final fight.
Not at all. It's a naturally generated world, so no buildings, chests, etc. You have to mine for your gear.
When the server opens, you'll have the ability to choose a team color by doing /team. Teams are limited to three people max. And please don't randomly join teams without asking the people first. That causes unnecessary headaches for players.
