Why you should never share your IP address

So that's why my browser blocked your post. I was wondering why I didn't see it.

Aikar has all of our IPs. We all will get hacked now.. /s

tbh as long as you have a half decent anti-virus (windows 10 comes stock with an excellent one) and a separate anti-malware program running people having your ip for the most part wont be a problem, and any ddos attacks should be taken care of by your service provider if you make them aware of the situation (usually they will just temporarily make your ip dynamic or change it altogether)

my computer and connection is so fast that i apparently recently was a slave in about 7 botnets without realizing it. my isp called me to ask about unusual activity on my account and then changed my ip when i explained i wasnt even home for most of the month.

if you are just aware of your own browsing safety then you should never have a problem

He has your ip for the day and every day you come back . And so does Imgur because most of our signatures are hosted there.

Those only display the IP to you, and nobody else.

no, my IP that i use is not my real IP, it is more or less a fake one, that is encrypted and coded to hide my real one...

You mean, you use a proxy and/or a VPN, to hide your real IP address. Encryption and "coded" are not what you think.
