That actually does sound like a good, and reasonable idea to me. Before this thread was created, I never thought of it as a price cap.

Unfortunate, but true. Minor and passive adjustments to overpriced/underpriced items I suppose is the most we can hope for.
In that sense you would be correct, to the extent of my knowledge, and the 25% fee would have to be kept on hold for that one.
It's not that much of a fluctuation in terms of shop prices. They're still nowhere near shop prices.
