Your center >> 1500 east + 1500 west = 3000.... same thing north and south direction because if other people can build the center of their own 3000...
I think since each outpost (center) must be at least 3000 from each other, I would think people have 1500 in all directions absolutely...
It should be just fine then ! Now to wait, cross fingers and see :)
