Plugin Help

Hello, Empirians,

I require some help with some plugins on my personal server (of which I will not release the IP). Here is the problem:

I was recently trying to download some plugins for my personal server. I set up the server (which was pre-made with a few other important plugins). I began by downloading ChestShop, followed by PlotMe. I found out that PlotMe was only capable of operating when you have multiple worlds in your server. Knowing this, I went off to download Multiverse Core.

Upon downloading Multiverse Core, I realized that my prefix (which had been something along the lines of [&e&lOWNER]) had disappeared, and was replaced by "[world]".

I did a bit of research and found out how to remove it. However, this did not return my actual prefix. I went into my directory for the server and deleted PlotMe and Multiverse Core to see if this returned my prefixes, with no success. I returned to the server to see that my name is now simply "cadenman2002" where it would usually be something along the lines of "[OWNER]".

I am quite confused as to what is happening. I can supply a list of the plugins I have it needed.

Does anyone know a fix to this problem or have you had this problem before? I need the prefixes to work quite badly.

Bump. The problem persists.

What plugin were you using for your prefix?

just play minecraft on emc and you won't have this issue

I was using PermissionsEx.

Just disable the world tag in your Multiverse config. Also, it's probably best to use something like http://spigotmc.org for server help and not EMC.
