Yes, all farms that I know of.

Also, in the wild, where there would be like approximately 70 mobs spawned before, now it stops at approximately 35. A not too small darkroom grinder gets like 13 spawns. So i guess the spawns were approximately halved.

Nevertheless, I've found that some traditional grinders have relative performance that in a way matches what we had in 1.7: within approximately the same time you get from level 27 to level 30 as it was needed in 1.7 to get from 0 to 30. So one full enchant requires approximately the same time.

If you need levels above 30, that's really a pain. I'm not complaining though, because although I like repairing tools and speed mining, I think endless cheap repairing would make it all too easy.
And diamond price even slightly dropped last weeks.
