Evening all

  1. Greetings, I'm new at this server stuff - been mucking around on single player for a while but my oldest son has got into servers, so I've joined in! (Yes, I'm an ancient...well nearly). Hope to have time for this in between real life.

    I enjoy building but get bored on creative, so the survival aspect of this looks great. I'm not too good at fighting mobs but will give it a go if I need to!! Looking forward to getting set up, see you around!

    PS my son's also on here - Mister_Riptide. We're both on Server 5.

    Also, which SMP have you settled on? If you are good at building, I'd love to see what you end up doing with your res.

  7. Thanks for all the nice messages, I'm already meeting folks who all seem very nice. I'm on Server 5 BTW hashhog3000.

    Oh, and by ancient I meant 39, so maybe not THAT ancient!

  9. Now that's what I like about Minecraft - no age limits! Thanks for the message FWRonald, I've bumped into one of your fellow countrymen who has been giving me stuff to help me get going, guess it's true how friendly you Canadians are! Can't find him on the member list though...

    Welcome, Arctoros, to the Empire. I probably won't see you, as I'm almost never on 5, but hey. I like your name, by the way. Isn't it a planet, or a star, or something? I might be wrong about that. :p Anyway, enjoy your time here!

  15. Not sure what 'Arctoros' is - I thought I'd made it up a while back for use on another game, but it may be that I heard it somewhere...
