That doesn't change the fact that it is a normal written book. The same applies to heads as well.

I thought as it was signed it made a difference? i guess not than sorry

I believe signed books are able to be auctioned.

As already stated, this item is invalid to be auctioned off, regardless of who it was signed by. You'd need 53 more of the same book to make this valid.
