So I have been tinkering around on Technic with the custom NPC mod and I have found out something interesting.... You can steal players skins and use them on the NPC! Anyone with the mod or has it on a modpack please post your Players here!
If you understand installing Modpacks on the Technic launcher. Then install a Modpack with this Mod and well... Get a Mob Spawner (Not block the wooden shovel like thing.) Spawn the mob of your choice, Then get an NPC wand (Wooden hoe like thing.) And right click your NPC with it! And then its pretty simple.
