[Help] Can someone resize a picture for me?

  1. It's all in the title...
    Like how IcC only has the cow part of his avatar showing, but you an see the rest if you go on his profile
    I've tried to do this but I'm stuck :confused:

    I've managed to get it to actually fit in the avatar space but it isn't really giving the effect I'd like >.<

  3. You can drag the picture to only show what you want, but I think that only works with pictures in certain sizes.

  4. When I try and upload it I get this: Your avatar's file size is too large. Please upload an avatar no bigger than 50 KB.
    Do you know if there's anyway to help that?

  5. Use GIMP or Paint.NET to resize the image (Photoshop recommended if you have it).
