  14. They come one every ~1200 seconds. If you buy the upgrades Lucky Day, serendipity, and Get Lucky, then you can shrink this to 150-225 seconds.

  17. They appear every 5-14 minutes. With all golden cookie upgrades, they appear every 1m 15s-3m 30s, and their effects last twice as long.
