Dude, did you not read any of what I JUST SAID?!?

am I right in saying Moderators are added when the Admin/s feel its right to get more Moderators like one leaves for university or more servers come out. You have to fit what they are looking for (I know I will never fit what they look for) Most people fill in The form to try to help with this AWESOME community but most of them are not needed Since square The quality of the candidate has to be different and mature as there are no longer the need for many Moderators because there job is easier now so Justin and The Staff look for the best and only the best and friendly because the quality is what they need and that's what make the Moderators great Because you know they CAN help with stuff you know they aren't just saying they have helped others.

That is why people like amadia Have got other jobs because they are great people just don't fit the right specs for a Moderator but are can do other jobs amazingly well and did it well enough to be a Moderator to :O

That is how I see this thing.

So its best that JEREMY and Justin are taking there time so they can really find out more about the candidate and can find out what they are like.

However, amadai is also a moderator now. She's handled the help of both moderating and events very well and is a perfect addition to the team!

Something else I would like to point out. There are certain people, whether they realize it or not, help us out a ton more by NOT being a moderator. Not saying that they would or wouldn't be a good moderator, but there are people who spend a ton of time welcoming new members, showing them the ropes, going on adventures with them, and including them in on projects. By giving that person a moderator title, would greatly dampen that connection they have with people (especially newer people that really appreciate the kindness when joining) because they would be tied up in problems and issues on the site, in our Square tool, etc.

While these people don't have a title or position on the site, they are appreciated just the same.

I'm really not sure if your talking about me I sure help people out but that's just me. and I'm tired xD

You can only be a staff member if your magnitude of awesome is below the 9000 threshold. Once your awesome magnitude is over nine thousand, you are far too dangerous to be handled by Justin and Jeremy as they will quickly get Awesome poisoning due to all the awesome you are giving off. After you reach an awesome magnitude of 9,500 you become hideously unstable and start throwing awesome everywhere causing everyone around you to become extremely awesome by association. This is dangerous because Staff Members have influence over many parts of the community and can easily create massive waves of awesome capable of overthrowing the Administration.

Or at least that's how I see it.
