Updates on order 72 kad? I've been asking this many times, and still haven't gotten any sort of reply. I don't mind that it isn't on time and will take longer to complete, but I find it very rude that noone is replying to my questions about a status update...

May I suggest that you temporarily stop new orders until you finish all the old ones?

ATTENTION EVERYONE: Kad has worked around the clock to complete orders from everyone and he has school and other activities away from EMC. He gets to it when he can and so do his helpers. We will try harder to get updates or side notes put up on the order tracker but in the meantime please just be patient

i understand it takes time to get the orders, and that he has a life outside of emc.
but he really need to stop taking new orders and finish the old orders first.

I do not work for kad or know much about him but I will tell you this. Kad works fast. You cam forget a few things that makes him seem slow. First, he has school which takes up lots of time. I could not finish one order with my school schedule. Second, he has so many orders in such large volume. For example, if I am correct he currently has a 20 or 40 dc order of wool from him. That must take forever. While I agree that he should stop new orders from coming in try to keep this all in mind and don't withdraw your order unless it is urgently needed.

Update: Until further notice, I will no longer be accepting orders. I've been considering doing this for a while, but the recent request by customers (Thank you Eclipsys, Allengero, and Olaf. ) has finally led me to finalizing the change. I am by no means shutting down the service, but I just haven't been able to keep up with the constant flow of orders building upon the many that have been waiting for weeks. Once all of the current orders are out of the way, I will resume accepting them and business will carry on as usual. (The "usual" prior to adding Quartz, where most orders were completed a day or so after ordering.) I'll be keeping a counter at the top of the OP so you can easily see how many orders are left until reopening. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and I hope you can all understand my reason for this.
