  1. By fused mobs is that one mob has two mob abilities, like the skelycreeper, shooting arrows at you and exploding (only once).

  3. With 1.5 they added the ability to mount one mob on top of another, but other than that, I don't think there's any way to do something like this.

    Oh and you are pretty much asking for a Creeper Jockey or are you asking for a Creeper that actually somehow without hands shoots arrows at you?
