It's 30% of your profits... Also, what is so wrong with using the site on a mobile device? I can do it fine. The website is planned to be updated soon which will give it a responsive layout, which basically means it changes it's look depending on your screen size.
I personally have problems on my 3Gs (yes, my phone is second hand and old but it works ) If Aikar or someone was able to make a mobile version of the site (I'll do it if possible, or maybe a team effort?), that would help solve the problems and would work better than trying to cram the whole website onto a small screen.
I am thinking about making a mobile app for android for the site. I know html pretty well and am going through the java tutorials on their website.
He said his problem was with the screen size. Although your method makes it easier to access it doesn't help with screen formatting.
It's been done before, almost a year ago. It was never successful. Plus you'll have a hard time attempting to retrieve data from the website.
