I would like to suggest that the forums be expanded to include a server specific board. Although I am aware you have access to all 10 servers with any account, this would allow someone on a specific server to discuss things specific to that server. Just a thought.. - Vexen
Forums are best done with as little categories as possible when it comes to things like this. You'll end up with a long list on the forum side and most of them will end up being barely used at all. This is why we consolidated quite a few forums recently (like marketplace, general minecraft discussion, etc.). My first instinct when I first started with communities like this was to do exactly what you suggested, so it's not an off idea...but after experience, it works that less is more. You could simply add "tags" to your posts to get it attention. For example: [SMP1] Looking for Wood Buildings!
No project on EMC need be confined to a single server. For example, the New Republic aims for influence on every world of every server in the future.
