Just saying... I cant even fetch 20k for my silk pick with unbreaking III and efficiency III. They are becoming less rare so the market price is dropping...

Efficiency barely increases the value of a silk touch pickaxe. The only ores that people use them to mine are the rare ones, so saving 0.5 seconds per ore wouldn't speed up the trip of the miner significantly

That's a know fact and all... I'm just saying, you're still charging way to much for this pick.

This pickaxe can mine about 4000 diamond ores, which adds about 75 rupees to the value of a regular diamond. That's 150k extra rupees and I'm only taking 1/10th of it by supplying the miner with the pickaxe. Even if you decide to mine plain coal, you'll end up making around 50k extra.

Anyway, starting bid is now 12500 since the forums went down.

I'M NOT ARGUING THAT THE PICK IS WORTH IT OR NOT... I'm simply stating that due to the state of the in-game economy and the oncoming abundance of these picks that the market value is down and you will have a hard time getting that much out of it.... Jeez. Good luck all!
