If you could figure out where the textures are in the pack, I've never messed with them much, you could maybe try switching them? I have no idea how to fix it other than try that?

If are still having problems installing feel free to post a request for help. Try and describe what's going wrong in as much detail as possible.
You dont need to move anything from the inside of the downloaded file, you just drag the file into your Texture Pack folder, which you can found by going to Options, Texture Packs, Open Texture Pack Folder.

Thank you so much. I have been looking for one with the original textures for a long time, now to figure out how to download a texture pack... EDIT- I enjoy the default texture pack, very easy to download. Step 1- open minecraft Step 2- choose texture packs Step 3- choose default texture pack.

Decided I would try a higher resolution with the new PC. I've been using Herrsommer Dye.
