If you scroll to the bottom, there's froze hatchlings that seem rare, are they the "dinos" you guys were talking about a few pages back?

The dragons considered Rare, besides the event/holiday dragons, are: cheese, chicken, black, prize, golden wyvern, Guardian of Nature, Trios, Neglected, Paper, Metallics, and Dinos.. <,<

How u get teleporter dragon?

Magi. The orange one. Find them on the AP or in the cave.
On another note, I took a Ridgewing out to the beach. It got a nice tan.
