Lower Prices for supporters?

  2. The only problem I have with the pricing is two gold accounts are better than a single diamond account. Same price but 4 plots compared to 3. The TNT diamond have is not a good enough reason to become diamond. I think Diamond supporters should be able to claim a plot and every server.

    Just now I am contemplating becoming a gold supporter as I feel its a worthwhile upgrade. Diamond just seems far too dear.

  3. i agree with you, if you're comparing perks, 2 gold accounts is better than 1 diamond at the moment. this is just been so the last couple of months since gold got its boost. i think as more new things become available, i am sure diamond will get some additional perks to make it more attractive.

  4. yeah the scale on diamond is really off...
    Id love to be able to use TNT but 20$ doesnt feel worth it, considering games like MMO's are only 15.

    Maybe diamond should be 15? (increase 5$ for each level), and also add in the ability to /purchase vault for free and in the wild (i'm setting up a wild town, if i could use vault to ship items to diff server to sell, while staying in the wild that would be great!)

  13. If some people would work as hard in the real world making money as they do in the game making Rupees or trying to figure out how to get more from the Admin for less, we'd all be Triple Diamond Supporters (which is a new level I just invented that exists only in the utopia in my head.)

  15. Then you need to look at improving your situation and perhaps looking for cheaper service providers for your gas / electricity and shopping at lower-end stores for your food.
    I changed my Home Insurance provider last month after the Premium doubled from last year. Saved £130.

    In the UK, you need slightly less than £7 to get Gold Supporter status.

    £7 =

    Two pints of beer
    A basket of snacks and pop in the shops
    A crap takeaway pizza
    Cinema ticket (no snacks!)

    Now, this may be a can of worms being opened, but there is no way on this earth you cannot raise an extra £7 if you really wanted to be a Gold Supporter.

    I can say that with the authority of someone who at a younger stage in life, had to do numerous things to earn a few pounds here and there to help myself get through college. I recall amongst other things:

    Cutting gardens / hedges - £3 for gardens mown, £2 for hedges trimmed. An estate of 900 houses? Bring it on. I made a fortune that summer.

    Paper round and Milk rounds - I think it was about £15 a week

    Helping people with odd jobs - Varied from job to job. Saw a guy gutting out his garden with a skip he'd hired sitting outside his drive. Offered to help him for £10, he said yes. Saw another guy rennovating the inside of a shop, tearing out the fittings and skipping them. Offered to help, got £30 for a days graft.

    The lesson here, is that you can always make money.

    It's simply a case of what you can be bothered to do.

    EMC is not expensive. I have seen an MC server charge $200 for their equivalent Diamond Supporter level.

  20. I think this is the key point. I agree with you on this bit!

    I've played on other servers and this one is streets in front. At least youdon't *have* to support in order to compete on an even footing with other players, I've seen that on other servers and it's really annoying.

    If I read your post right, you think Iron is good value for money and that gold and diamond are not. That's your call. Everyone has their price point. I guess that EMC wll change the prices if/when the support isn't appropriate for the server upkeep.
