no I did not, Imma try taking off the Frame that connects to the mother board and just try cleaning it out, and maybe replacing some parts
What up with computer, does it need more ventilation "fan's" I have a fan frame under my laptop with 3 addition fans so 4 in total but it can still heat up. The vent holes in the back of the lt are tiny so I use a can of compressed air to blow it clear now and then. When the cpu gets hot I get a lot of lag, although that can happen if its hot or not but then that's mc for you.

He has an oldish iMac... So the cooling shouldn't e to much of a worry. I have a mac book pro and let me tell you making a laptop out of aluminium is not the best of ideas... It gets rather hot! He hasn't used it in 2 years or something and it says on te loading screen. I am unsure as to why but I have a feeling that it is having an issue with the os some how
