Not really. The United Kingdom is what's left of the British Empire; 2 small countries and a little bit of Ireland that depend on each-other with their economies and military. England is a country. Scotland, and Ireland, are too.

England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are all countries within the main country of the United Kingdom. They are all in a union under one centralized government in the UK, and in the 1950s there was a poorly designed Parliament of Northern Ireland which acted as a devolved legislature. If Jtc specifically wants to be England, he can proclaim himself the United Kingdom, then spin off Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland as independent nations for others to choose.

I would also like to say that this game doesn't work, it's great for creating stuff but when it comes to war it's like oh I blew up this will 500 Nukes WTF! who has 500 nukes to use on ONE city?!?!?

yeah you're awesome BUT legit wouldn't let you loose, and I don't know who but some Europe country sent 500 nukes to Moscow.... now that's not really going to work, and when everyone was attacking Progressia No one was there to defend you guys just said oh I took over Siberia in 5 mins for the start of the war.. cmon that's not on. well anyway at least I wasn't here so non of my cities were nuked by 500 nukes. and seriously I know we were bad with the ion cannon but anti matter?! that's a bit 2025 much?
Not really. WE just advanced faster. Besides, antimatter is already basically ready for use in war, infact it's not one of our most advanced projects. Greenland begins work on a super battery and electromagnets.
