Progressia finally completes its final secret projects, Project International, Project North, and Project Gratitude. The results of Project Diplomacy, Yttrium, International and North are still top-secret and extremely well guarded, but at dusk, Progressia sends 6 satellites into orbit, each strangely shaped.
5 flights coming into Progressia are hijacked. From radio communications between the flights, the hijackers appear to be Spanish spies. The spies crash 4 of the planes into the 4 tallest buildings in Progressia's Russian territory, including Moscow State University, Hotel Ukraina, the Kotelnicheskaya Embankment, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Progressia is angered by this act of Spanish savagery and demands answers.
Spain knows nothing of the attacks. A spanish church is blown to shreds by C4 and 4 men were seen running away from the scene into the nearest subway. The police followed them under and 2 minutes later, the subway is blown up by a bomb. 1,000 people were killed.
Germany requests China and Progressia's help in fending off the American and Canadian invaders of England and eventually the rest of Europe
Well when America gets part of Europe they wont wana stop. They are gona want to attack the rest of you. If you wont help us physically then try to politically calm them down. North Korea has finished it's naval fleet we now have 50 submarines, 5 aircraft carriers and 10 battleships. We begin work on A naval academy.
Germany begins work on a new generation of U-boats, armored transport helicopters, and a new Panzer tank. Also construction on a new capital building in Berlin. Treaty's with Progressia and China are requested.
Treaties? We'd happily engage in diplomatic relationships for the common good, but we're not taking sides.

Laos wishes to promote trade between Laos and Progressia. Laos' secret project is done. Soon after, Laos launches a satellite, with a camera powerful enough to, without too much doubt, identify a person. Laos opens a space department, and announces plans to put a man into orbit around the Earth. Laos also begins more secret projects, and announces the Population has now reached 10 million, due to mass immagration, and the armed forces increased to 25,000 armed soldiers.
England apologizes for not trusting the USSR/progressia, and offers alliance and and asks for help with the war with Canada. North korea's bomb's arrive, and a plane is sent out to the White house in Washington DC with a bomb on it. 25 towns people arrive back from the USA, saying they have killed 100 civillans, and 10 troops. England moves the queen to a new safe location.

Canada proposes a cease fire between Canada and the USA and England and Germany. Canada and the USA have finished a new satellite. It is a spy satellite that can be pointed anywhere at anytime. Its location is only known by Canada and the USA. Canada begins work on a new radar system.
