I'm just curious to see what your responses are. And when I say dig out the res, I mean the entire res, until there is no dirt remaining.
I had an idea to attempt to place a value on time. I could feasibly calculate the cost of this and hence the expected payment demanded for this service if I ever calculated the timevalue index.
The problem you have there is "whose time". It relates to quality. Even digging dirt, there's still going to be people who are quicker / easier to work with than others and that's going to have a cost difference. For instance, find a random player - they will probably want a shovel to mine with and be paid in parts, find a veteran player and they would probably just charge you for the shovels ahead of time or trust that they will be paid. The value of time (both to be bought and sold) is very nearly on a player by player basis. But to answer the question - I'd expect around 30k
Ill pay 2r, and that 1 extra rupee is for you taking all the dirt No, I'm kidding, I would pay 25k maybe, Maybe.
Taking into account what everyone is answering, 30k, would I be safe concluding that if I want to hire someone for smaller areas, a good salary for their services would be 1 rupee for every 7 dirt blocks (the maximum height you can dig up)? Would that be fair, throwing in the dirt blocks and some shovels?
i posted on the forums that i wanted my res dug out, i opened destroy perms for my res, i have made a lot of friends on here, so i had A LOT of help, i paid 100-300 or so rupees to everyone i saw helping, i spent 30 thousand rupees on tnt, gun powder, and sand.. we all had a great time, and it only took about 5 hours of digging. it was fun!
