I got a few questions:

1. Are beacon mine-able with a normal diamond pick? Without the need of silk touch..
2. How much are Beacons?
3. How do you set up and power up beacons..

I have seen beacons go for 15k-20k.

It's usually about 17k-22k - very rarely 15k

3. How do you set up and power up beacons? Make a 1 to 4 floors of emerald/diamond/iron/gold pyramid and put the beacon on the top, replacing the top block.

Does the amount of blocks or blocks used to make beacon change it';s effect?ei. Diamond,emeralds

The amount does change the effect, but the block doesn't.
And it hasn't been said yet, you can mine a beacon with your hands, it won't break.

You make the pyramid with different blocks? Like half diamond, half gold? or something
