Windows 8 Problem - Not detecting my phone?

  1. Once again i've run into a problem with the all-new, brilliant, Windows 8. I put my phone USB into my laptop, both devices are connected, but are not detecting eachother. My phone is a samsung galaxy ace.
    I even double checked to make sure my firewall was off, and it was. And my phone's bluetooth is off. It may be a problem with my phone's anti-virus, i'll check that but i'm pretty sure it's my laptop.

  2. WOW, I had a MAJOR brain fart. All I needed to do was open up my scroll down menu on my phone and click 'Connect through USB'. -_-

  5. I'm on 02 and mine is black, but I have a white casing as a spare :p
