"(hopefully) near future" <------- That is the most accurate timeframe i can provide. The PVP server will be a separate server, something like pvp.empire.us i would imagine. Dystopia hasn't been significantly discussed enough to provide an insight into its proper location, but it may turn out to be its own server also, strictly wilderness with no town 'world'. These are just suppositions though, details may change.
