What you want: A Signature AND A logo for my upcoming Shop

Any theme of it?: I want it to say 'TomCasalino' On the first line, and 'Visit My Shop!' on the second. On the third line, i want it to say '2355 - Smp 1'. I want the background to be a screenshot of my store (Preferably using this picture

) Also, if i can get the screenshot faded a bit, and if you can put a couple of beacons on the top right and left where the sky is.
