Which translates into "should." When you go up to a friend and say "I hope you lend me [game] when you beat it!", that translates into "You should lend me [game] when you beat it."

Well then. Hardly anyone uses utopia's town, utopia is mainly a wild server. Those who do use utopia's town, they buy large amounts of items for their projects, so they have to go to the other servers to get enough items. So yeah, a decent mall wouldnt be bad for you, but the owner would not make up for its cost.
If somone whould make a mall i would be happy but he/she will get much money i think she/he whould get more money what she/he have spend on the mall
Note: There are NO vault charges on Utopia! So it would be the perfect place (in my opinion) for a mall.
I will have 12'ish unused floors when I'm done building. Actually they are there now. I wasn't sure if setting up a shop there would make the whole thing cheap. But then again there are retail stores in the freedom tower. Input on this?
It would, but most of the non-supporters seem to think that you have to be a supporter to log onto utopia...
I agree that Utopia could be a fantastic location for a shop with the free vault in town -- if the non-supporters could be enticed to visit. However, I love Utopia the way it is. Friendly people chatting and not having the channels all clogged up with spam and adverts. Utopia is my favorite server to play on for just that reason.
FYI Utopia already had a mall, it never got off the ground coz noone was interested in hosting a shop there ...
I heard 5weety was planning on opening a small but well stocked shop on Utopia... Not a mega-mall (yet) but nonetheless a good shop You should contact her for more details all I know is that it'll be going in at /v 5weety-2
