It doesn't matter. Images on a site are copyright. You can't blindly take the image off a site and modify it and call it your own for ANY purpose, commercial or not, without the legal consent from that company. And yes, the name 'coca-cola' is trademarked, and it is very hard to 'legally' use the term. It is illegal to name yourself coca-cola in reference to the product without coca-colas consent. Now, the thing is they would never take the effort to sue you over it, unless you were going out with intent to defame or spread false information.
